CNC Machinist – Precision Manufacturing

About the role

Join TE as a CNC Machinist and contribute to the creation of high‑quality tools and components for a safer, more sustainable world. You will work on a variety of machines, applying your expertise to meet exacting specifications and support continuous production.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret tooling prints, blueprints, and product drawings to fabricate parts using mills and lathes.
• Adjust machine control speeds and select appropriate materials to achieve required tolerances.
• Monitor quality checks, document results, and collaborate with maintenance to repair and calibrate equipment.
• Identify and resolve mold or tooling issues during production to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement design revisions, material changes, and new features as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of hands‑on CNC machining experience.
• High school diploma; vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team.
