Mechanic PL/VL

About the role

Join PETIT FORESTIER as a mechanic working on a wide range of light and heavy vehicles (LCV/HGV) such as IVECO, FIAT and MERCEDES. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing all vehicle systems, including depollution, braking, tailgates and engines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop versatility by servicing multiple makes and models and handling all vehicle components.
• React quickly to breakdowns, providing autonomous assistance with a fully equipped service vehicle.
• Utilise real‑time on‑board diagnostics and smartphone connectivity for troubleshooting.
• Work on new‑generation electric and gas vehicles and adapt to evolving pollution control standards.

Required profile

• CAP/BEP to Bac level diploma in automotive mechanics, electricity, internal combustion engines, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of traditional mechanics, electricity and pneumatics.
• Comprehensive understanding of vehicle operation.
