About the role

Si Claire, a leading insurance brokerage in the French market, is expanding its operations in Morocco and seeks a motivated Insurance Sales Agent (IARD) to join its Rabat office. The role focuses on outbound telephone sales of property and casualty (IARD) insurance products to French‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospect and existing clients to promote IARD insurance solutions.
• Negotiate terms, present quotes, and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, proposals, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with underwriting and support teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.
• Provide timely follow‑up and excellent customer service to build long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of successful experience in telephone sales of IARD insurance in the French market.
• Fluent French speaking and writing skills with a persuasive, clear communication style.
• Strong hunter mentality, goal‑oriented, and resilient under pressure.
• Ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with prospects.

• Competitive fixed salary of 5,000 MAD per month plus uncapped monthly commissions.
