Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Diploma of Technician in Pastry (required).
- First professional experience or a significant internship in pastry.
- Experience in a luxury hotel, palace, or high‑end establishment is strongly desired.
- Passion for pastry with a strong sense of detail and quality.
- Rigor, strong organization skills, and a team‑oriented mindset.
