Computer Vision Engineer

About the role

Harmattan AI is seeking a Computer Vision Engineer to join its Machine Learning and Computer Vision team, developing core technical components for robotics and aerospace projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on state‑of‑the‑art computer vision methods and prepare training/validation datasets.
• Build and refine training pipelines, metrics and optimise computer‑vision algorithms for multiple projects.
• Implement ML/CV models in production environments, ensure integration with Harmattan AI systems and perform code reviews.
• Test algorithms in real‑world settings, develop monitoring tools and continuously improve model performance.
• Collaborate with software and simulation teams and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree from a top‑tier engineering school (Master’s in Computer Science or related field; PhD a plus).
• Strong mathematical foundation and hands‑on experience with ML/CV projects.
• Passion for machine learning and computer vision.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Full commitment to the company’s mission and growth plans.
