About the role

We are seeking experienced Flexo machine operators to join a leading paper and packaging manufacturer in Bouskoura. The role involves operating and adjusting Flexo printing presses to ensure smooth, high‑quality production.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and fine‑tune Flexo machines according to production plans.
• Monitor production flow and maintain quality standards throughout the shift.
• Perform in‑process checks and identify any technical issues.
• Execute first‑level adjustments and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Participate in basic maintenance tasks.
• Adhere strictly to safety, quality, and productivity guidelines.

Required profile

• Technical training in electricity, automation, electromechanics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Flexo machines.
• Preferably experience in the paper, packaging or cardboard sector.
• Strong ability to set machine parameters and follow production schedules.
• Serious, reactive, rigorous and readily available for shift work.
