Content Associate

About the role

As a Content Associate you will support the creation and implementation of instructional content that enhances the end‑user experience and meets business objectives. Working closely with subject‑matter experts and cross‑functional teams, you will help produce e‑learning modules, videos, manuals and guides while ensuring quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing instructional assets such as e‑learnings, videos, manuals, guides, modules and courses.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather information, feedback and requirements for content creation.
• Perform initial quality checks to verify content accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and records in line with internal and client standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support content development workflows.
• Stay up‑to‑date with core applications, tools, industry trends and best practices in content development.
• Track time spent on content development activities.

Required profile

• Familiarity with industry‑standard content development tools and platforms.
• Basic analytical, technical and project‑management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset and customer‑service orientation.
