Contract Manager – Rail Projects (Morocco)

About the role

As a Contract Manager you will support Siemens Mobility’s rail operations in Morocco, providing advisory services in contract and claims management throughout the execution phase of international projects. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure contractual compliance and protect the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, describe, quantify and evaluate project opportunities and risks.
• Analyze, comment on, draft and negotiate contractual documentation and claims strategies.
• Prepare, manage and negotiate claims to recover additional costs or extensions of deadlines.
• Collect, prepare and manage relevant documents, correspondence and evidence in line with contractual deadlines.
• Maintain registers and contractual documentation, ensuring robustness of all claims.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee compliance with contractual requirements.
• Define quality standards, develop tools, draft templates and lead internal training sessions.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in contract analysis, drafting and high‑level negotiation.
• Proven experience with complex infrastructure projects, preferably in rail.
• Familiarity with standard international contracts such as FIDIC and World Bank agreements.
• Fluent in English and French (essential); Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organizational rigor, excellent writing skills and effective communication.
