主要职责
- 分配、切碎、称量并保存食材。
- 清洗、去皮并称量新鲜蔬果。
- 依据配方和质量标准进行食品准备与烹饪，包括冷菜。
- 操作烤箱、炉灶、烤架、微波炉、油炸机并检测熟度。
- 监控食品温度，确保符合要求。
- 清洁消毒厨房区域、工具和设备。
- 遵守安全政策，报告维护需求和隐患。
任职要求
- 高中毕业或同等学历。
- 至少一年相关厨房工作经验。
- 能够进行站立、行走、弯腰等体力活动。
- 可搬运25磅（约11公斤）以下物品。
必备技能
- 食材称量与切割技巧。
- 烤箱、炉灶、烤架、微波炉、油炸机操作。
- 食品温度监控与质量控制。
- 厨房清洁与消毒流程。
