Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager is responsible for implementing quality assurance processes that align with the brand standards and guest expectations at Le Méridien Marrakech. This role drives continuous improvement, ensures employee satisfaction, and supports change across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Coach managers on Total Quality Management (TQM) leadership style and conduct monthly audits to verify compliance with company and brand standards.
• Analyze defect trends using data collection methods, track guest satisfaction drivers, and implement corrective actions.
• Review guest feedback with the leadership team, handle complaints, and ensure visible engagement with guests to gather insights.
• Facilitate process‑improvement teams, ensuring systematic, measurable improvements and regional best‑practice implementation.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience.
• Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or management operations within the hospitality sector.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Total Quality Management principles and quality tools.
• Ability to conduct audits, analyze data trends, and present findings.
• Strong guest‑experience focus with proven problem‑resolution capabilities.
