About the role
We are seeking a proactive Senior Human Resources Coordinator to lead the full HR function in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. The role blends strategic HR vision with hands‑on execution, supporting operations, engineering, telecommunications, construction, and technical services.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all administrative and operational HR processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison between management, operations, and employees, handling labor incidents, negotiations, and difficult conversations.
- Oversee onboarding, off‑boarding, employee follow‑up, disciplinary actions, and mass recruitment for project needs.
- Manage payroll coordination, social security procedures, contract administration, vacations, absenteeism, and documentation control.
- Lead internal audits, documentation reviews, and support international teams on national projects.
- Develop retention, talent management, performance assessment, and employee well‑being initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree in HR is a plus.
- 4–6 years of HR experience in high‑volume operational settings.
- Strong judgment, decision‑making firmness, and ability to manage sensitive labor conflicts.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
