Corporate Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions. The role combines strategic partnership with hiring managers, proactive sourcing, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and design recruitment strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, professional networks, databases and referrals.
• Utilize ATS, resume databases and CRM tools to streamline workflows.
• Conduct phone screenings, virtual interviews and in‑person meetings to assess candidates.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, attrition and compliance.
• Support employer branding by ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Participate in hiring events and talent engagement activities as needed.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to job offer.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously under pressure.
• Strong sourcing skills beyond inbound applications.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing abilities.
• Problem‑solver who can identify and fix process bottlenecks.
• Resourceful in using creative sourcing channels.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
