Corporate Recruiter – Onboarding & Compliance (Morocco)

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter who will lead onboarding, compliance and audit activities for new hires in Morocco. The role combines talent acquisition expertise with strong project‑management skills to ensure a smooth, compliant, and digital‑first experience for every employee.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding for all new hires, coordinating with HR, IT, Payroll and Facilities.
• Drive digital onboarding workflows in Workday, automating steps and monitoring KPIs.
• Collect, verify and store pre‑employment documents, ensuring compliance with local labor and data‑privacy laws.
• Maintain auditable records, support internal and external audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead improvement projects focused on process optimisation, digitalisation and turnaround‑time reduction.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment operations with a focus on onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven project‑management experience delivering operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
