About the role
The Cost Controller will manage inventory and cost data for food, beverage and retail operations, supporting the team in understanding merchandising impact on revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Perform physical inventories for food, beverage and retail areas as required.
- Analyze product mix, margin and guest preference information to inform operations staff.
- Input prices, menu changes and user updates in the POS system.
- Record receipt of all products into inventory and purchasing systems.
- Investigate measurement unit issues and price variances.
- Update inventory requisitions and assist in calculating cost of sale ratios.
- Maintain master cost files and perform random checks on product storage.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
