Country Business Director - PT

About the role

Robert Bosch Morocco is seeking a Country Business Director for the Power Tools (PT) segment to lead its operations in Morocco. Based in Casablanca, you will be responsible for driving turnover, profitability and market growth across the Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools and Thermo Technology divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market‑relevant strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring service levels and logistics performance meet or exceed expectations.
• Lead and develop local teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external directives, reporting centrally on results.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust tactics.
• Oversee supply‑chain parameters such as stock levels and costs.
• Drive brand penetration and education initiatives within the market.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the power‑tools industry.
• Proven P&L ownership and strategic planning experience.
• Track record of leading large, multicultural teams (15+ employees).
• Experience in multinational organizations and complex international environments.

• Fluent in French, Arabic and English.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop team members.
