Country Digital Learning & LMS Specialist

About the role

COFICAB is seeking a Country Digital Learning & LMS Specialist to lead the management and optimisation of its digital learning ecosystem across Morocco. The role will ensure that e‑learning platforms and tools are seamlessly integrated, accessible and performant, supporting employee development and business capability growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve all digital learning platforms, including the LMS and content libraries.
• Coordinate the design, development and publishing of e‑learning content, working with internal teams or external providers.
• Ensure technical integration and smooth user experience across global systems such as the LMS and COFSkills.
• Monitor platform performance, learning analytics and engagement metrics, proposing improvement actions.
• Provide technical and functional support to learners, administrators and content owners.
• Maintain compliance with data security, accessibility and corporate standards for digital learning solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing learning management systems or digital learning environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret learning data and drive enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills to support users and collaborate with content creators.
• Knowledge of data security and accessibility standards in a corporate setting.
