Country Human Resources Manager

About the role

TLScontact is seeking a Country Human Resources Manager to lead HR activities in Morocco. Reporting to the Head of People Africa, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategy with business goals and fostering a positive work environment for the local team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and challenges.
• Oversee the full recruitment and selection process for the country.
• Drive employee engagement, motivation, and development initiatives.
• Maintain and monitor performance appraisal systems to ensure high performance.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll plans.
• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
• Provide HR metrics and decision‑support reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local labour law and HR best practices.
• Lead, develop, and manage the local HR team.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of proven experience as an HR Manager.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labour law and HR best practices.
• People‑oriented, results‑driven mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and execute HR strategies and lead a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems and databases.
• Experience using HR metrics for decision making.
