CSP Pre-Sales & Operations Specialist

About the role

Devoteam is seeking a CSP Pre-Sales & Operations Specialist for the French market. The role blends administrative, pre‑sales and commercial activities to manage end‑to‑end CSP customer operations while supporting the sales team throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support French sales and account teams in CSP customer conversations, prepare quotations, pricing scenarios and commercial proposals, and follow up until closure.
• Manage CSP customer onboarding and off‑boarding, maintain accurate licensing documentation, and administer Microsoft Partner Center and GDAP relationships.
• Create and maintain CSP opportunities in Salesforce, track pipeline, renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Act as the operational CSP point of contact for French customers, responding to licence, subscription and quotation queries and coordinating internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent French and professional English.
• Strong administrative and organisational capabilities with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive ownership attitude.
