About the role
Join Marriott International’s Hotel Internship Program as a Culinary Intern at The Ritz‑Carlton in Rabat. You will build on your classroom studies, gaining first‑hand experience of hotel operations and the luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily culinary operations while ensuring the “Gold Standards” of The Ritz‑Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation, service, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Learn and exemplify the brand’s Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values.
Required profile
- Current college or university student seeking an internship.
- Interest in hospitality and culinary arts.
