Customer Analyst – Automotive Supply Chain

About the role

The Customer Analyst will support the Kenitra ES Plant by managing customer orders, ensuring delivery performance, and maintaining stock levels within Lear’s automotive supply chain. This role involves close interaction with customers and internal teams to guarantee high‑tempo, on‑time service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders and track variations.
• Control finished‑goods stock and organize customer pick‑ups.
• Manage returnable packaging availability and ensure delivery performance meets OTIF targets.
• Monitor customer backlogs, product changes, and handle claims to avoid issues.
• Maintain internal KPIs such as premium freight, obsoletes, and on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Bac+5 degree with at least 2 years experience in the automotive industry.
• Ability to work in a high‑tempo environment and collaborate across the organization.
• Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Highly effective communication skills in English and French.
