Supply Analyst – Materials Team

About the role

As a member of the Materials team, the supply analyst will ensure purchased parts arrive in the required production timeframe while maintaining minimal on‑hand inventory and providing accurate data analysis and planning for replenishment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze MRP and review material requirements to support production schedules.
• Schedule orders with suppliers, confirm receptions, and coordinate deliveries to regional platforms and the production line.
• Monitor critical items, arrange special shipments, and apply early‑warning procedures to avoid line stoppages.
• Collaborate daily with the planning team, track fluctuations, and issue shortage warnings.
• Reduce raw‑material inventory levels, maintain stock accuracy, and perform root‑cause analysis for discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bac+5 in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering with at least 2 years of automotive industry experience.
• Ability to work in a high‑tempo environment and interact across the organization.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using SQTS for inventory management.
• Capability to perform MRP analysis and root‑cause investigations.
