Customer Quality Engineer

About the role

The Customer Quality Engineer will ensure that customer complaints and escalations are handled efficiently within an automotive environment. You will act as the bridge between customers, production, and administration to guarantee timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire complaints and escalations handling process.
• Coordinate complaint analysis with various departments to achieve swift resolutions.
• Inform administration and production teams about newly received complaints.
• Collect all relevant data to settle customer issues promptly.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee sorting activity management related to quality issues.

Required profile

• BAC +5 or Engineering Diploma.
• Minimum 6 months experience or internship in the automotive industry.
• Strong customer orientation and data‑analysis mindset.
• High autonomy, excellent time‑management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality standards such as IATF16949, VDA, CSR and core quality tools.
• Proficiency with SAP and customer portals.
• Familiarity with problem‑solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why’s).
