About the role
ORAU Automotive Morocco is recruiting a Customer Quality Engineer who reports to the Quality Manager. The role ensures customer satisfaction and product and process quality.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR)
- Lead customer audits and monitor customer satisfaction
- Manage non-conformities and corrective actions using the 8D method
- Conduct supplier audits
- Take part in FMEA reviews
- Prepare quality reports (audits, LPA, documentation, etc.)
Required profile
- Master's degree (Bac +5), engineering degree or Master's in an industrial field
- At least 3 years of quality experience in the automotive industry
- Advanced English and French
- Openness to mobility for Tangier
Required skills
- IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.3
- Core quality tools: SPC, problem solving, process capability
