Customer Sales Representative – Italian Speaker

About the role

Arrow Global Components (AGC), a division of Arrow Electronics, is seeking an Italian‑speaking Customer Sales Representative to join its Casablanca office. In this hybrid position you will support the sales team by managing the full order lifecycle, from accurate entry to invoicing and delivery, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Invoice process for Italian‑speaking customers.
• Provide after‑sales support primarily via email, and occasionally by phone or chat.
• Monitor order backlogs, handle changes, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance.
• Maintain customer‑reserved inventory to meet shared targets.
• Drive customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent Italian (C1‑C2) and minimum B2 English proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer service or order management.
• Strong communication, coordination and team‑working abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
