Customer Service Agent – Check‑In

About the role

The Customer Service Agent will manage check‑in operations for Air Arabia passengers at the Nador station, ensuring smooth processing, accurate documentation, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑flight checks, passenger and baggage check‑in, and validate travel documents according to procedures.
• Handle revenue documents, cash, baggage fees, and special service charges accurately.
• Assist transit passengers, verify visas and tickets, and manage STPC‑eligible travelers per company policy.
• Provide guidance to passengers for onward flights, special handling, and baggage claim assistance.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, customs, baggage services, and other internal teams to ensure efficient workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Management or related field; fresh graduates considered.
• 1‑2 years of customer service experience, preferably in travel, airline or tourism.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work long hours under pressure and handle difficult customer situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
