Customer Service Associate

About the role

Arrow Electronics, a global provider of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions, is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Casablanca. The role supports the Sales team by proactively managing the customer backlog from clean order load through to invoicing and delivery of parts to nominated customers, while also managing customer reserved inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the order-to-invoice process
• Communicate with customers and suppliers and deliver after-sales service to business customers by telephone and mail
• Manage and handle backlog alerts and respond to requested changes to the customer backlog
• Work closely with Sales, Asset and Logistics departments
• Drive on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction
• Manage customer reserved inventory to meet Arrow's and the customer's goals

Required profile

• C1-level English
• Customer service experience (sales experience may also be accepted)
• Accountability, communication and coordination skills
• Customer-oriented attitude and team player

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office
