Customer Service Representative

About the role

HCL Technologies is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for French‑speaking stakeholders. You will handle supply and demand related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with empathy, prioritize needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Liaise with multiple Helpdesks, product partners and Quality Engineering teams to own the stakeholder experience.
• Coordinate regular calls with clients for refills and upgrades of product accessories.
• Process both client‑generated and internal service request tickets within defined delivery times.
• Provide administrative support to verify client details and correct information in the stakeholder database.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in customer support or a client‑facing role, preferably in a multinational environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong familiarity with computers, digital network configurations and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work according to the time zones and calendars of local stakeholders.
• Fluent French (C2) and competent English (B2).
