Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join SKF’s Casablanca office, supporting the sales team and handling incoming customer calls from France. The role combines order management, quotation preparation, and coordination with logistics to ensure timely delivery of our bearing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer inquiries and orders, guiding clients to the correct ordering channels.
• Prepare, send and follow up on quotations, maintaining the order book.
• Utilize standardized digital tools and ERP systems for order entry and logistics setup.
• Collaborate with sales, application engineers and account teams to align on customer needs.
• Monitor logistics execution, support on‑time deliveries, and manage complaints to resolution.
• Track compliance with customer agreements and initiate corrective actions to avoid penalties.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer‑facing roles such as Customer Service, Customer Experience or Sales Support.
• Strong autonomy, teamwork orientation and ability to work with a remote French team.
• Resilience under pressure and a proactive, improvement‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel regularly to the French site near Paris, especially during onboarding.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (training provided if needed).
