Customer Service Specialist – Trilingual (French, Spanish, English)

About the role

AP Companies is seeking a trilingual Customer Service Specialist to support medical assistance operations worldwide. The role is fully remote and involves interacting with medical providers, insured members, and corporate clients in French, Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, register, process and report on medical treatment requests globally.
• Maintain and update case information in the internal database.
• Communicate effectively with medical providers, insured members and clients via email and phone.
• Collaborate with the team to identify priority areas and ensure a positive client experience.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations, including GDPR.
• Work with other departments to resolve client queries and streamline workflows.
• Safeguard business confidentiality and data security.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for customer service.
• Fluent in French, Spanish and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient PC user with a stable internet connection for remote work.
• Self‑disciplined, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow directions and incorporate feedback.
