About the role
SupportYourApp is looking for a multilingual Customer Support Consultant to join its global team. You will work remotely, providing first‑line assistance to customers in Dutch, French and English for a range of SaaS, software and hardware solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support via phone and email, handling incoming tickets and ensuring timely follow‑ups.
- Perform first‑level troubleshooting, guide users through software workflows, settings and configuration screens.
- Escalate complex cases to internal specialists and coordinate with developers and cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation, contribute to knowledge‑base updates and stay current with product changes.
- Handle sensitive customer data securely and meet defined KPIs.
Required profile
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent French and English (C1 level) communication skills.
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing support role, preferably B2B or software‑focused.
- Structured, process‑oriented approach to troubleshooting and ticket handling.
- Ability to quickly learn complex software products and navigate configuration screens.
- Positive, proactive attitude and a reliable home office setup (PC with ≥8 GB RAM, 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
Required skills
- Experience with ERP or accounting platforms such as Exact Globe, Exact Online, SAP or Odoo.
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge (invoicing, ledger, accounts payable/receivable).
- Remote‑desktop support tools: Splashtop, TeamViewer, AnyDesk.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Basic SQL or database awareness.
- Knowledge of Peppol or electronic invoicing standards.
