Customer Support Consultant (Fluent English & French) – Remote

About the role

SupportYourApp, a global Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service leader, is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Consultant to join its remote team. You will work in a multicultural environment, providing email, chat and phone assistance to clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via emails, chats and calls.
• Follow internal procedures and SOPs while collaborating with internal teams for efficient issue resolution.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and apply best‑in‑class customer happiness practices.
• Maintain deep understanding of client solutions, meet KPI targets and communicate with developers and cross‑functional specialists.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English (C1 or higher), both spoken and written.
• 6‑12 months of experience in customer support.
• Strong analytical thinking, research skills and a proactive, responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
