Customer Support Consultant – German & English (Weekends, Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual German‑English Customer Support Consultant to join its global team. The position works remotely on weekends, providing high‑quality assistance to customers across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support via email, chat and phone.
• Follow internal procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely.
• Apply the latest customer‑happiness practices.
• Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI targets.
• Communicate with developers and cross‑functional specialists.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher), both spoken and written.
• 6‑12 months of experience in customer support.
• Strong analytical thinking and research abilities.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
