About the role

You will join a professional customer service team handling inbound queries for UK‑based clients. The position is office‑based in Oujda, full‑time with shift work, and full training will be provided before you start.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
Deliver excellent customer experiences in line with company standards.
Use provided equipment (laptop, headset) to manage communications.
Maintain a professional telephone manner and clear written communication.

Required profile

Fluent English – written and spoken (essential).
Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Reliable, punctual and a team player.
Based in or able to commute to Oujda.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
