Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Support Specialist to join a fast‑growing boutique fitness studio group. The position is remote and part‑time to start, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as the company expands.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary written point of contact for members handling bookings, account questions, refunds and similar requests.
• Assist on‑site trainers with occasional urgent requests.
• Communicate exclusively via chat, WhatsApp or email – no phone calls.
• Represent the brand’s warm, down‑to‑earth tone in every interaction.

Required profile

• Excellent written English.
• Strong empathy and the ability to read tone, responding with warmth even to frustrated messages.
• Good judgment and comfort making sensible decisions independently.
• Reliability, ownership and willingness to work early mornings, evenings and/or weekends.
• German language skills are a plus but not required.
