About the role

Join DHL Global Forwarding in Morocco as a Customs Clearance Broker, ensuring smooth clearance operations for imports and exports while complying with regulatory and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Classify goods according to tariff coding systems and examine product information for regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and process import and export documentation, pay taxes and duties, and coordinate with customs authorities.
• Advise customers on import/export restrictions, tariff systems, insurance requirements, and duty reduction strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and service providers, maintain relationships with customs brokers, and manage logistics documentation.
• Monitor and trace goods, manage inventories, and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Required profile

• Knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures.
• Extensive understanding of customs requirements and industry stakeholders (shipping lines, CFS, transporters).
• Results‑driven with strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
