Data Analyst – Power BI (Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a technically proficient Data Analyst (Power BI) to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that support business needs across multiple domains. You will transform data into actionable insights, build scalable Power BI dashboards, ensure data quality, and help continuously improve the Data & Analytics ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into KPIs, datasets, and reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations.
• Build and optimise data models (star or snowflake schemas) for scalable analytics.
• Develop complex calculations and business metrics using DAX.
• Extract, transform, and prepare data using Power Query and SQL.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and IT teams to ensure data availability, quality, and reliability.

Required profile

• Support business teams in analysing requirements, defining KPIs, and delivering dashboards while ensuring compliance with data‑governance and reporting best practices.
• 2‑7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting, with the ability to work autonomously and produce technical documentation.
