Data Steward

About the role

ETAP, a specialist in electrical design software and a subsidiary of Schneider Electric, is looking for a Data Steward to join its Data department in Casablanca. The role involves maintaining and updating technical data of low‑voltage electrical equipment in Excel and supporting its integration into ETAP software.

Key responsibilities

• Enter updates of electrical equipment specifications from various manufacturers into Excel files (e.g., modular circuit breakers, molded case circuit breakers, disconnect switches).
• Monitor the integration of data into ETAP software and perform acceptance testing.
• Conduct technical monitoring of product offerings from low‑voltage electrical equipment manufacturers.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and patient with a focus on production quality.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and able to read English technical documents.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications from manufacturers’ catalogs.
• Interest in software and databases.
• Strong teamwork skills and a rigorous, methodical approach.
