Développement Qualité leader (DQL)

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is seeking a Quality Development Leader (DQL) to design, implement and maintain Quality Management Systems for its automotive clients. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, consistency and regulatory compliance across all processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and sustain QMS in line with automotive standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Conduct regular internal audits to verify ISO/IATF compliance.
• Define and monitor Data Quality Level (DQL) metrics, analyse data quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and optimise process inefficiencies.
• Develop and deploy tools to automate quality and data‑management workflows.
• Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders ensuring regulatory and customer requirements are met.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Management, Quality Assurance or a related discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Data Management within the automotive sector.
• Certifications in ISO Auditing, Six Sigma or equivalent quality methodologies.
• Familiarity with QMS standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and data‑management tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools: Excel, SQL, Power BI.
• Knowledge of quality analysis techniques: FMEA, 8D, SPC.
• Experience with CAD systems such as CATIA or NX and PLM environments.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent in French and English.
