Développeur Java Spring Boot / DevOps

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Java developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and DevOps practices to design, develop and maintain backend micro‑services. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with front‑end, DevOps and product teams to deliver high‑performance, secure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot micro‑services.
• Implement real‑time messaging and streaming solutions using Kafka.
• Develop and optimise MongoDB databases for large data volumes.
• Participate in technical and functional design phases.
• Apply quality best practices: unit tests, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to application security and performance tuning.
• Work within Scrum/SAFe frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and micro‑service architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Kafka (streaming, high availability).
• Proficiency in MongoDB modelling and optimisation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
