Digital Marketing Intern

About the role

Cozone, an entrepreneurial ecosystem based in Casablanca that brings together entrepreneurs, corporations, investors and startups, is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern. You will help build a strong, recognizable and engaging digital presence for the ecosystem, its services, programs, events and community, working closely with the Marketing Team on campaigns that build the brand, engage the community and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop Cozone's presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Create engaging content aligned with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Plan and run digital campaigns for events, masterclasses, coworking solutions and community initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and optimization.
• Help develop content calendars and identify relevant digital marketing trends and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation, including internships or relevant projects.
• Fluency in French, Arabic and English.
• Proactive mindset and ability to turn ideas into action in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Required skills

• Good understanding of social media platforms, Meta Business Suite and paid advertising fundamentals.
• Basic proficiency in Canva or similar tools for simple posters and visual assets.
• Basic video editing with CapCut or similar tools.
