职位概况

负责酒店整体财务战略的制定与执行，确保财务业绩符合品牌目标并提升投资回报率。

主要职责

制定并监督年度经营预算，分析实际与预测差异，提供成本节约建议。
领导财务团队，落实内部控制，保障资产安全并提升运营效率。
分析财务数据与市场趋势，支持管理层决策，监控现金流与营运资金。
与业主、总经理及执行委员会沟通，提供财务咨询并传达关键财务概念。

任职要求

财务会计或相关专业本科以上学历，或硕士学历。
至少3年酒店财务会计工作经验（硕士可为1年），具备预算、成本控制及财务分析能力。
