About the role

NTU International is assembling a team of non‑key experts for a new EU‑funded project that aims to boost the visibility, strategic communication, public and cultural diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The Artistic Director will lead the visual concept and production of multimedia communication campaigns supporting this mission.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer the overall artistic direction for all project communication materials.
• Design and adapt visual identities, branding elements and campaign concepts for diverse media channels.
• Collaborate with the communication, media and public‑diplomacy teams to ensure visual consistency and cultural relevance.
• Oversee the creation of graphics, videos, animations and printed assets, managing external suppliers when needed.
• Monitor quality standards and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (minimum BAC+4) in graphic design, visual communication, advertising or a related field; alternatively, at least 10 years professional experience if the degree is not held.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Darija and English is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in artistic direction, graphic design, visual communication, branding and campaign design.
• At least 3 years of specific experience leading multimedia campaigns and creating visual identities.
