Profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée en tant que Directeur d’exploitation au sein de l'hôtellerie 5*, idéalement en resort
- Titulaire d’un Bac+5 ou plus en Management des établissements hôteliers
- Bonne maîtrise des aspects économiques de l’exploitation d’un hôtel
- Grande acuité commerciale
- Expérience en management d’équipe
- Personne de terrain, polyvalente et aimant s’investir auprès des équipes
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
