Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage leads the property’s culinary and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service and banquets. Reporting to senior management, the role is responsible for delivering the brand’s service standards, driving revenue growth and ensuring financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for all food and beverage outlets.
• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service and catering functions.
• Monitor financial results, budget performance and recommend capital expenditures.
• Ensure brand service standards and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
• Lead, coach and motivate the food and beverage team to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to align initiatives and maximize overall property performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with at least 4 years of experience.
• Proven experience in food and beverage, culinary, or event management at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting and cost control.
