About the role
The Sofitel Tamuda Bay Beach & Spa in M'diq, Morocco is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts. The role ensures seamless coordination between departments, maintains high service standards, and guarantees guest satisfaction and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all hotel operations throughout the shift.
- Coordinate activities among front‑office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments.
- Handle guest requests, complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain compliance with service standards and brand guidelines.
- Make operational decisions and manage incidents or special situations.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort at all times.
- Communicate effectively with senior management.
- Prepare and hand over shift reports.
Required profile
- Formal education in hospitality or hotel management.
- Proven experience in an operational hotel role.
- Strong service orientation and leadership abilities.
- Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
