Elevator Quotation Specialist

About the role

The Elevator Quotation Specialist prepares and manages accurate commercial offers for elevator projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and company standards. You will work closely with sales, engineering, procurement and other internal teams to gather necessary data and deliver timely quotations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse technical specifications, drawings and customer requests to develop precise quotations.
• Prepare commercial offers that include pricing, technical details, margins and commercial conditions.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement and other departments to collect required information.
• Review costs and ensure quotations comply with company standards and client requirements.
• Follow up on quotation requests, track deadlines and ensure timely submission.
• Communicate with international customers and stakeholders in English.

Required profile

• Junior level (1‑3 years) experience in elevator quotation, estimation or tendering.
• Previous experience in the elevator or vertical transportation industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
