EMEA Business Transformation Project Manager

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead its Business Transformation initiatives across the EMEA region. The role involves managing a team of Project Managers and coordinating multiple projects that deliver business tools and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close EMEA projects within defined constraints.
• Provide guidance to global project teams and ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain communication with sponsors, stakeholders and local business units, keeping them informed of project status.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of project processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German, Italian) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably on IT‑related projects with an EMEA scope.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and influence cross‑geographical teams.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
