Employee Relations Intern

About the role
Join the Employee Relations team at APM Terminals Tangier for a three‑month summer internship. You will work on a defined ER project, gaining hands‑on experience in workforce and contractor management within a busy port environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support contractor management processes and related documentation.
- Assist with day‑to‑day employee and contractor relations activities.
- Contribute to a specific ER project under the guidance of senior staff.
- Prepare reports and updates for the ER team.
Required profile
- Enrolled in a Bac+4 program in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Interest in employee and contractor management.
