End-of-Studies Internship in Employee Relations

About the role

APM Terminals Tangier is seeking a motivated final‑year Human Resources student to join the Employee Relations Department for a 3‑to‑6‑month End‑of‑Studies Project internship. The role offers practical exposure to employee‑relations activities and HR performance reporting within an international, multicultural organization.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Master’s programme in Human Resources Management, HR Analytics, Business Administration with an HR focus, Management or a related discipline, and available for a 3‑to‑6‑month internship.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with the ability to convey information clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI (advantageous).
