English-Speaking Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

About the role

Marketing Call Center, a call center based in Rabat with 20 years of experience in customer relations, offshoring and multi-channel management, is expanding its international operations and is hiring 20 English-speaking Customer Service Representatives for its night shift. You will be the main point of contact for international customers during night hours, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries by answering customer questions and resolving issues by phone, email or live chat in a timely and professional way.
• Troubleshoot by analyzing customer accounts, identifying problems and offering accurate solutions or escalating complex cases to the right department.
• Log all interactions accurately, update customer profiles and maintain precise records in the CRM system.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience, secure high CSAT scores and build brand loyalty.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Comfortable working night shifts and keeping a nocturnal schedule.
• Previous experience in customer service, BPO or a call center is highly preferred; motivated beginners with strong English are welcome.
• Empathetic, patient, good active listener, able to stay calm and positive under pressure.
